How does the QR code system work?

Each bathroom gets a unique QR code. Anyone can scan it to view the public status page, report an issue, and (optionally) see a recent cleaning record.

Do staff need logins?

No. The staff cleaning flow is login-free: they start with a venue staff code and a self-reported name, then work through a simple checklist.

Can I export cleaning logs?

Yes. Managers can export Activity Log data to CSV, and exports respect your current filters (bathroom, date range, event type).

Is it compliant?

LooThru isn’t legal advice, but it’s designed to help you maintain simple, timestamped records. For Ontario positioning, the public record view can show the two most recent cleanings and the manager log supports exports.

What if someone abuses the public QR reporting?

Public reports are anonymous by design. The system captures an audit fingerprint to help investigate abuse patterns, and we can add throttling/blocking as needed.

Is my data secure?

We use modern authentication for the manager portal and keep an audit envelope with activity logs. Full security and privacy details will be published in the Privacy Policy before launch.

Do I need any special hardware?
